A Yeshiva grad with an Amazon engineering background, he studied Real Estate Finance at Harvard and excels in deal execution.
Al Mendelsohn
Co-Managing Director
A South African native, Al is creative, daring and downright brilliant in execution.
With experience as the head of development at a US National franchise, Al leads many of our projects.
James Lavin
Chief Technology Officer
Deep experience in data centers, real estate, power infrastructure, batteries, and industrial technology.
Jim studied biochemistry at Harvard and earned an MBA from Stanford before founding the modern data center Colocation model.
