West Newton Restoration

The Sponsor plans to improve and expand the home into a brand new 7,500 square foot residence. The Sponsor plans to do a full gut renovation of the house and install a high-end appliance package with top of the line fixtures and lighting.
There’s already plenty of size. Now we need to make it pop.
The strategy is to reposition the entry of the house (and the front driveway) better on the lot to create a grand main entrance. We’ll then slide the coach house over so that it is connected to the main house. The coach house will be renovated to be a full guest house with a 4-car garage underneath. Upon completion, this old house will be a grand estate with an all new look, feel and style. The construction is expected to be completed within 12 - 16 months and sold within 2 months of marketing. The total project timeline is expected to be 14-18 months.
